From Engineering to Education
I’ve spent over a decade designing and delivering training programs that actually stick. As the German Ambassador for DASA (DevOps Agile Skills Association), I help set the standards for DevOps education across Europe. My engineering and project management background means I understand the technical challenges you face - because I’ve faced them too. Together with Luca, I’ve created training programs now used worldwide, always focusing on one question - will this help you do your job better tomorrow? Whether it’s implementing SAFe in a large organization or getting started with AI in your development workflow, I bring real project experience to every workshop.

For over ten years, I’ve been helping developers and teams master everything from embedded systems to AI implementation. My journey from aerospace engineering through startups to DAX-listed companies taught me one thing - the best training comes from people who’ve actually done the work. I specialize in making complex technical topics accessible and immediately useful. Whether we’re diving into DevOps pipelines, embedded architectures, or agile transformations, I bring stories and examples from real projects - both the successes and the failures.
