Course Overview

This three-day course prepares you to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). You’ll gain deep insights into the underlying principles of lean thinking, systems thinking, agile development, product development flow, and DevOps that form the foundation of SAFe®.

Unlike generic SAFe® training, this course addresses the realities of scaling agile in embedded systems. You’ll learn to navigate the complexities of hardware-software integration, manage supplier dependencies that span continents, and implement agile at scale while meeting ISO 26262 and other safety standards. Our instructors bring real-world experience from automotive OEMs, medical device manufacturers, and aerospace programs, sharing practical strategies for applying SAFe® when your value streams include silicon design, mechanical engineering, and embedded software all moving at different speeds.
